When a persons blood pressure is high sometimes they won't feel anything or any symptoms that indicate their blood pressure is high.
But for the people that do feel symptoms when their blood pressure is high they'll usually get a pounding feeling in their head, chest, neck and ears, chest pain, vision problems, blood in their urine, fatigue and confusion and even a severe headache.
Some people also get dizzy and lightheaded when their blood pressure rises.
If a persons blood pressure gets above 120/80 then the blood pressure is getting high and getting into prehypertension.
Blood pressure 140 systolic is getting too high and if it doesn't go down you need to see a doctor about it.
