The biggest size in pull-ups is a size 5T to 6T which is for weights of 46 lbs to 60 lbs.

The 5T to 6T pull-ups are equal to the size of a size 7 diaper.

Pull Ups are gender specific and come in girls pull ups and boys pull ups versions.

However a boy can wear girls pull ups and a girl can wear boys pull ups if needed.

The pull ups for boys and girls are basically the same but with different colors and designs to cater to boys or girls.

Pull Ups are meant for holding a little bit of pee that occurs during an accident while the child is potty training so they will leak if flooded too much.

If your child is not potty trained or is wetting the bed heavily then regular diapers are a better option than pull up diapers.

My 5 year old who wets the bed started wearing pull ups at first for his bed wetting but they would leak so I started having him wear regular tape on diapers which are the Gentle Steps size 7 diapers.

The Gentle Steps size 7 diapers are very absorbent and are designed to fit older kids and he never has a wet bed in the morning.

He says he's more comfortable in the Gentle Steps size 7 diapers than he was in the Pull Ups.

Pull Ups are also more expensive than regular diapers are as well.
