Sleep deprivation can cause symptoms such as daytime sleepiness and not feeling fully awake or alert during the day which causes you to lose concentration on things.
Other symptoms of sleep deprivation are yawning, depressed mood, irritability, moodiness, fatigue, forgetfulness, and inability to concentrate on new tasks or an inability to learn new tasks.
Too much sleep deprivation in the long term can lead to health problems such as heart disease, coronary heart disease, stroke and even heart attacks.
