Blood pressure that is 120/80 is normal but if your blood pressure goes above 120/80 then it's getting in the high range.

When your blood pressure reaches 130/80 or 139/89 then that's stage 1 Hypertension and you should work to get it lowered.

It's not dangerous but it's not good either.

You can drink plenty of water, and take walks to help lower your blood pressure.

I also take some Apple Cider Vinegar along with organic honey, lemon juice and warm water mixed in a glass and drink 2 of those glasses of Apple Cider Vinegar drinks per day and my blood pressure stays in check and lowers if it does get a bit high.

If your blood pressure gets into the 150 range then it's dangerous and if you don't get it lowered you need medical attention.
