When your blood pressure gets to 130/85 the blood pressure is considered borderline high although it's not in the stage of hypertension yet.

Normal blood pressure reading should be 120/80 but when your blood pressure reading reaches 140/90 or higher the blood pressure is in hypertension and if it continues to climb above 140/90 and gets to 150 or above you need to seek medical attention and in some cases call an ambulance.

High blood pressure can cause damage to blood vessels as well as cause a heart attack or even stroke as well as heart disease.

If your blood pressure is just a little high you can lower the blood pressure naturally by taking a glass of warm water and adding some lemon juice, organic honey and Apple Cider Vinegar to the glass of warm water and then stir it up.
Drink the Apple Cider Vinegar once or twice per day and it will help to lower your blood pressure naturally.

You can also take a tablespoon of the Apple Cider Vinegar directly each day to help lower your blood pressure and take a 15 to 20 minute walk daily can also lower your blood pressure.
