The symptoms of non celiac gluten sensitivity include, bloating, abdominal pain, gas, Joint Pain, Headache, Brain Fog, Nausea, Fatigue, Constipation and even Diarrhea.

You might also experience numbness in your fingers, arms and legs and you may feel tired too often.

You can tell if you are Coeliac or have Celiac disease through blood tests and symptoms which you can experience when eating foods that cause issues with Celiac or Coeliac disease.
