Do penis enlargement pills actually work?

My penis is small and hard for me to get erect.

I'm thinking of buying some penis enlargement pills. But do they actually work? If so what brand of penis enlargement pills should I buy?

They do work. They work by increasing your heart rate. I've heard of people having to go the hospital because there penis wouldn't go down. lol

That would be embarrassing.
