You can keep food warm while you're cooking the other food by warming up ceramic plates in the oven at 100 F to 200 F degrees.
The ceramic plates will keep the food warm for awhile.
You could also place the food in a warming drawer or in a toaster oven on a lower setting to keep the food warm enough.
Just keep an eye on the food to keep it from getting burnt.
