How can I lose weight quickly without exercising?

I need to lose about 100 lbs.

What's a good diet I can get on and easy to stick too?

There's really no easy way out to lose weight. Losing weight requires work.

In order to lose weight you will
need to get some excercise.

Exercise is essential for your health.

You should walk or jog at least once a day
around the block.

In the winter you can use a treadmill.

Eat vegetables, and other healthy food.

Stay away from greasy foods or ice cream.
