It depends on your location but you can expect to pay from $1,500.00 to $3,500.00 to upgrade your current electrical panel to a 200 AMP electrical Panel.
The electrician will need to install a bigger service entrance wire and bigger panel and the electric utility will need to connect a larger 200 AMP service wire from either underground or overhead depending on if your electric is overhead or underground.
If it's underground they'll likely need to dig up your electric service line and run a new line which can cost more.
