An elephant would win in a fight against a rhino as the elephant is larger and more dangerous than a rhino.

The animal that would beat an elephant is the lion which is the only animal powerful enough to kill an elephant.

Most lions also attack in packs so that gives the lions more ability to kill and beat an elephant as well.

The oldest living elephant was an 86 year old elephant who lived to be 86 years of age.

The 86 year old elephant was born in 1930 and died in 2019 at the age of 86 years old who's name was Chengalloor Dakshayan.

Chengalloor Dakshayani (c. 1930 - 5 February 2019) was a female Asian elephant owned by Travancore Devaswom Board and kept at the Chenkalloor Mahadeva Temple in Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala, India, which at the time of her death on 5 February 2019 was believed to be the oldest elephant in captivity in Asia.

The average lifespan of elephants is around 70 years although some live longer than that just like humans and other animals can live longer or shorter lives than their lifespan.

Although elephants can live up to 70 years, there are other factors to be considered.

African elephants have a median of 56 years in the wild.

On the other hand, Asian elephants have a median of 41 years.

Researchers have found that elephants in the wild and zoos have different lifespans.

The oldest African elephant in North America died Friday at the Memphis Zoo. Tyranza, or Ty as she was called, was 56 years old.

She had also set the record for the longest-lived African elephant in North America, according to a news release from the zoo.
