Static force is the force applied to an object or anything else while it's not moving.

Take for example when you're sitting on a chair, your body weight sitting on that chair is a static force.

A dynamic force is force applied to an object or anything else when it hits that object while it's falling from a distance above.

So if you drop something from a building and it lands on the ground then that is an example of dynamic force.

The dynamic force happens when the object hits the ground or other surface.
