If you have some previous registration papers or a bill of sale for the car you might be able to sell the scrap car without a title.
You'll need to ask around and call the scrap yards to see if they'll buy the scrap car with only a bill of sale or other proof of ownership.
You might get lucky too and find a scrap yard that will buy the car without a title if it's over a certain age such as over 25 years old.
If you can't find a scrap yard that will take the car without a title you may have to cut the car up into pieces and bring it in with some other scrap a little at a time.
If it no longer resembles a car then you don't need a title for just the scrap metal.
