When the Boston Marathon bomber was in jail there was a story going around that he was severely beaten in jail but from what I've read it turns out that it was just a rumor and he wasn't beaten at all.
The Boston Marathon Bomber is now being held at the ADX Supermax prison in Florence Colorado where he's on lock down 23 hours per day.
He'll be moved out of the supermax prison when his execution date is set which could be 20 to 30 years from now.
The Boston Marathon Bomber has got a lot of years to stay in a tiny cell for 23 hours per day.
That is unless he commits suicide.
