High Fructose Corn Syrup and Corn Syrup are two entirely different things even though they seem to be the same thing.
Both High Fructose Corn Syrup and Corn Syrup are made out of corn starch but regular corn syrup contains 100 percent of Glucose while High Fructose Corn Syrup has some of it's glucose converted enzymatically to fructose.
