Can drinking a lot of water make you bloated?

Drinking too much water can cause your belly to feel full and bloated.

Although water is a very healthy drink there is a possibility of drinking too much water.

8 glasses of water is usually enough to drink per day to stay healthy and if I drink anymore than 8 glasses of water per day I usually feel bloated myself.

Even eating certain foods that contain a lot of water can cause you to feel bloated if you eat too much of that food.
