You can try eating more fiber. Having fiber in your diet usually makes a person poop a lot.
I know when I eat more fiber rich foods I tend to poop more often.
You can also try drinking some cranberry juice since Cranberry juice can make you poop a lot if you drink too much of it.
Also drinking prune juice a lot will make you poop and eating prunes as well will make you go poop if you eat enough of the prunes.
Prunes are an all natural laxative and the prunes are healthy for your body as well.
