I've been paying my rent so far with a money order from the usps.

I've ordered some free bluebird checks and want to know if I can use the checks to pay my rent?

Has anyone here paid rent with Bluebird checks?

If so did it work out okay?

Yes you can.

I pay my rent using a bluebird check and they've all been cashed without any problems.

The money from the Bluebird Check is Guaranteed to be good since you preauthorize the amount on the check.

So there's no way you can bounce the check.

Yes and no.

If you're paying directly to your landlord then most likely it will work okay.

But if you're paying it to a main office for rent then it might not work as some places like that run your checks through a machine to automatically take funds out and I hear it doesn't work with bluebird checks.

Your landlord will need to physically take it to the bank to cash the check or deposit it.

So if your landlord doesn't do the machine where it takes funds out automatically then you will be good to go.
