When you check in at the airport the check in agent should ask you whether you want your luggage or baggage to be checked through too your last stop.
If they don't ask you this, then you should ask them yourself to be sure that is what will happen to your luggage on the connecting flight.
Basically your luggage should automatically follow you on both flights without you having to do much if anything at all.
