Aloe Vera Gel can and does work to tighten saggy skin.
Take some Aloe Vera Gel and apply the Aloe Vera Gel to the saggy skin and leave it on your saggy skin until it dries out and then after the Aloe Vera Gel dries out you can wash it off.
It might take awhile though to see the skin tighten but it does work to get tightened skin.
