Although I've never tried it myself warm olive oil put into your hair is supposed to help remove a perm quickly at home.
If that doesn't work for you though you can quickly get rid of a perm by going to a hair salon and they can use some perm neutralizer on your hair to get rid of the perm fast.
That's what I had to do to get the perm to go away since no amount of washing could get my perm to go away and I didn't like the perm I had.
I didn't hear about using the warm olive oil to remove my perm until after I went to the hair salon but it's worth a try to see if it works.
