How long can you live without dialysis with kidney failure?

A person who has kidney failure and decides not to take dialysis treatment lives on average for 10 days.

The same is true for people who've been on dialysis treatments for at least 6 months and then decide to stop dialysis treatments, the person will usually die within 10 days after stopping dialysis.
