When you have breast cancer there really should be no pain associated with the lumps or abnormalities you find in your breast.
If your breast are hurting it most likely isn't breast cancer but just to be sure you should consult a doctor and get a mammogram taken.
If the breast cancer is caught early enough it can be treated and cured.
