Good drinks to drink when you're sick are orange juice, Grapefruit Juice, Apple Juice, Carrot Juice, Tomato Juice and Strawberry juice as well as just plain water.
The natural juice you drink will help boost your immune system by giving you Vitamins and help keep you hydrated which is important when you're sick.
Water will also help keep you hydrated and flush germs out of your body when you're sick.
Avoid drinking anything with caffeine such as Coffee but drinking some tea is okay. Too much caffeine though will dehydrate you.
