Can an employer make you work more than 16 hours in a day?

As long as you're 18 or over then an employer can have the employee work 16 hours or more per day if they want too.
If your employer makes you work 16 hours per day or longer and you don't like it then all you can do is search for a job that requires you work less hours per day.
