Can I have a Roth IRA and a 401k at the same time?

You can have both a Roth IRA and  401 K at the same time but you can't put the same amount in both accounts at the same time.

Also you might not be able to deduct any good amount of savings from your taxes if you have both an IRA and 401 K at the same time.
