What prepaid cards have no monthly fees?

I'd like to get a prepaid debit card but I don't want to pay fees on it. Are there any good prepaid debit cards that don't charge any fees for the prepaid debit card?

The Bluebird American Express prepaid card has no fees to use.

You can load money at any cash register of Walmart or customer service counter and there's no fees to load money onto the card or to use the card online or offline.
You can also order checks through bluebird and write out pre approved checks if you want too.
