If none of your faucets are working then it's most likely the main water line frozen that comes up out of the ground in your crawl space or basement depending on which one you have.
If you're not comfortable working with the pipes then you might call a plumber to get it thawed out.
Do leave the faucets open though to let the water flow through and relieve pressure once it thaws out.
