Preparation H can work by reducing the puffiness under your eyes but it won't fully get rid of the bags under your eyes and it's risky to put Preparation H under your eyes so I wouldn't try it.
You can get rid of bags under your eyes by applying a cold compress to the eye bags which will help get rid of the under eye bags.
You can also get rid of bags under the eyes using tea bags and applying the tea bags to the eye bags.
Also be sure to drink plenty of water to stay hydrated as staying hydrated is another way to keep eye bags away.
