Soup can make you lose weight as long as you're eating mostly soup everyday and exercising along with eating the soup.

Cabbage soup is one of the best soups to lose weight with when eating it.

Losing a lot of weight in 2 weeks can be done if you exercise, eat less calories, have weight loss surgery, take some weight loss diet pills.

Some ways to lose weight in 2 days naturally are to fast, go jogging, walking, running, swimming, eat less calories, take some weight loss diet pills.

However you won't lose much weight in only 2 days but if you keep up with the exercise and eat less calories or take some weight loss diet pills then you can over time lose enough weight.

It can take up to 6 months to a year to see significant weight loss. 

Some other tips to lose weight are.

  1. Add more protein to your diet.
  2. Make fiber your best friend.
  3. Drink more water.
  4. Eliminate sugary drinks.
  5. Take a 15-minute walk after each meal.
