Some kids stop playing on swings after age 8 to 10 years old.

And some kids continue playing on swings well after that age.

Swings are actually meant for all age groups.

Most kids begin playing on regular swings by age 3 to 4 years old and continue playing on the swings until around 8 to 10 years old.

However some kids never stop playing on swings and continue into adulthood which is perfectly okay.

Adults can play on swings.

Swings are not only for kids and as long as your swing set can hold you up as an adult you certainly can play on the swing as an adult.

Child swing sets can be too flimsy for some adults but wood swing sets or even the commercial made swing sets that are in parks can easily accommodate and adults weight.

I have a homemade wood swing set made really strong and the swing seats are also made to accommodate adults weight.

There's not age limit for playing on swings and swinging is not only fun for adults the swinging is also good exercise for adults and kids too.

I regularly play on the swings both at home and at the park with my kids and it's really fun.

Don't worry about what others think about you.

We need to enjoy life and being an adult at times can be terrible and depressing and going out and playing with or without kids can make your life more enjoyable.

Even though I'm an adult I actually feel more like I'm only 6 or 7 years old.

I love that I can go back to my childhood at times.

I also go down the slides as well as they are also for adults.

Play is good for both kids and adults.
