I think you can use a tonometer. it's pretty accurate.

To check your eye pressure at home you can use a test with your fingers.

Place the tips of both index fingers on the closed upper eyelid.

Keeping both fingertips in contact with the upper eyelid, apply gentle pressure through the closed eyelid, first gently pressing on the eye with the right index finger, then with the left, and then with the right again.

Repeat on the other eye.

To check your eye pressure more accurately you'll need a tonometer which is pretty expensive.

If you need to check your eye pressure your eye doctor or an eye doctor can use their tonometer to test your eye pressure.

Eye pressure is measured in millimeters of mercury (mm Hg).

Normal eye pressure ranges from 12-22 mm Hg, and eye pressure of greater than 22 mm Hg is considered higher than normal.

When the IOP is higher than normal but the person does not show signs of glaucoma, this is referred to as ocular hypertension

The cause of elevated eye pressure, known as ocular hypertension, is an imbalance in production and drainage of aqueous humor, the fluid inside your eye.

Pressure builds as the eye creates new fluid and the channels which normally drain the aqueous humor become obstructed or damaged.

Eye pressure can go up and down during the day or in a month.

Also, some people's optic nerves are not damaged by high pressure while others' optic nerves are damaged by relatively low pressure.

Signs of pressure in your eye include.

Severe headache.
Eye pain.
Nausea and vomiting.
Blurred vision.
Halos around lights.
Eye redness.

Some ways to reduce your eye pressure include.

Eat a healthy diet. Eating a healthy diet can help you maintain your health, but it won't prevent glaucoma from worsening.
Exercise safely.
Limit your caffeine.
Sip fluids frequently.
Sleep with your head elevated.
Take prescribed medicine.
