Losing 20 pounds of weight or fat in 30 days is not really possible when you lose weight in a healthy way.

However you can lose 20 lbs of weight within 3 to 5 months of running, changing your diet, and watching the calorie intake you consume.

The less calories you consume the less calories you'll need to burn off and then your body will also use the fat in your body to provide some energy so you burn that fat off.

Diet Pills, Lioposuction, weight loss surgery and even Coolsculpting can help you lose weight faster although the weight loss surgery and Coolsculpting as well as Liposuction are not cheap and is not for everyone.

Running can help you lose weight and get you healthy and fit.

However running for 2 months alone is not likely to help you lose much weight and certainly not 20 lbs unless you really run a lot and change your diet.

It can take 3 to 4 months to lose 20 lbs and losing 100 lbs takes around 1 year of running, jogging and changing your diet.

Losing 20 pounds in just two months would not be really healthy.

You can however lose 20 pounds within 5 months by running which would be a more achievable and healthy goal of losing weight.

Continue to run daily at least 1 to 2 miles and you should drop 20 pounds in 5 months time.

The best option is a smooth weight loss through constant training and a proper diet and lifestyle in general. If you do sports, such as skiing, you can include in your workouts exercises on simulators or simulators. I use this one https://www.ski-simulator.com/product/professional-ski-simulator/ simulator. This simulator can help you learn your movement technique and train your coordination and endurance at the same time. You will be able to position your body correctly and keep your balance.
