Casper mattresses are good mattresses and they are very comfortable.

My mom has a Casper Mattress in her bedroom and one in her guest bedroom and when I slept on her guest bedroom Casper Mattress it was really comfortable and I slept really good on it.

Casper mattress is a quality all-foam mattress great for all sleeper types under 230 lbs., especially combination sleepers.

It also has a comfortable, neutral-foam feel that most people seem to enjoy.

It's incredibly well-received among sleepers for a good reason.

You can flip your pillow top mattress but it's not recommended to do so.

You shouldn't flip any mattress unless it's specifically marketed as a double-sided mattress.

Most memory foam, latex, hybrid, and pillow-top mattresses are one-sided.

Flipping one-sided mattresses leads to excess pressure on the comfort layer, causing irreversible damage to the mattress.

To make your bed firmer you can add a piece of plywood between the mattress and box spring and also flipping your mattress sometimes help increase the firmness of your bed.

To fix a sagging mattress you need to add something between the mattress and box spring that is firm or solid such as a piece of plywood.

The piece of plywood between the box spring and mattress can help prevent the mattress from sagging.

A mattress should be replaced every 7 to 10 years or when the mattress begins to wear out or becomes uncomfortable.

Mattresses can sometimes last longer than 7 to 10 years but replacing the mattress every 7 to 10 years is a good idea.

The mattress that is best for sleeping is a memory foam mattress that contours to your body.

Also adjustable firmness mattresses are also good for sleeping as you can adjust the firmness of the mattress to suit you or your partner.

The best memory foam mattress is the Tempur Pedic Memory Foam Mattress.

Other best memory foam mattresses are the Tuft and Needle Memory Foam Mattress, Casper Original Memory Foam Mattress and the Layla Memory Foam Mattress.

Memory Foam mattresses don't need a box spring but memory foam mattresses do need foundation to support it such as a piece of plywood.

Memory Foam mattresses last around 7 years although some may last a bit longer.

But after 7 years of use it's best to replace the memory foam mattress.

Memory Foam mattresses do last and are pretty durable.

However just like any other mattress a memory foam mattress will eventually wear out as well.

Memory foam mattresses do eventually wear out just like any other mattress does.

Memory foam mattresses last around 7 years before they wear out, break down and need replaced.

Foam mattresses are safe and they are best for people with back pain or sciatica.

There's nothing harmful in foam mattresses or memory foam mattresses.

The best type of mattress for sciatica or back pain are latex mattresses or memory foam mattresses.

When someone has back pain the mattresses that are best for people with back pain are memory foam mattresses and Latex Mattresses.

Adjustable firmness mattresses are also best for people who have back pain as they can dial in the firmness or softness that suits them.

To pick the best mattress you should go to mattress stores or furniture stores and lay down on the mattresses and get a feel for the mattress.

Everyone will like a certain mattress different and some people want more firm mattresses while others prefer a softer mattress.

The levels of firmness for mattresses are extra soft, soft, medium soft, medium and firm.

Firm mattresses do soften over time.

The longer you continue using a mattress, the softer it will become.

A wooden bed frame with slats works best with hybrid mattresses.

Most mattresses take anywhere from 30 to 90 days to fully “break in."

Your new mattress may be different from your old one, or it may seem stiff from its newness, and thus may seem uncomfortable for a little while.

Like a new pair of shoes, the mattress materials haven't had time to soften and conform to your body.

It simply does not provide the right amount of give for this sleeper.

Think about laying on hardwood floors on your side, it's not comfortable because you feel pressure against your shoulder and hip.

A side sleeper should use a medium-soft to medium-firm mattress.

Side sleepers should watch out for hip and shoulder pain and a medium-soft to medium-firm mattress can give the correct support while gently cradling the hips and shoulders to prevent stress and injury.

In general, a medium-firm mattress is ideal for side sleepers, as it allows for spinal support, but it is flexible to adjust to the body curvature, adding that those who weigh more will see greater benefits by opting for a firmer mattress.

When sleeping on your side, try placing a pillow between your knees to help with spine alignment.

Use a thicker pillow if sleeping on your side and a thinner pillow when sleeping on your back.

If sleeping on your stomach, try putting a pillow under your pelvis and consider using a thinner pillow under your head.
