To clean mold out of a humidifier you can use some bleach and water or some hydrogen peroxide and water.

Fill the humidifier halfway with some water and then add a cup of bleach and then swish it around and then allow it to sit for 30 minutes or so.

Then dump it out and rinse the tank with some water.

Or to use hydrogen peroxide to clean the humidifier.

Pour a mixture of four parts water to one part hydrogen peroxide in the tank of your humidifier.
Give it a good shake and let it sit for at least half an hour.
Pour it out and rinse the tank with water.
