The fastest way to settle an upset stomach are to drink some 7Up, clear liquids, water, tea, juice etc.

Eat foods such as bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast and eat some chicken noodle soup or sip on some warm broth.

If you need to vomit then vomit to get rid of the bad things in your stomach.

Sometimes you may need to make yourself throw up to get rid of the stuff in your stomach which make you feel better.
