Vegans don't usually get sick from eating meat.

However when a person such as a vegan goes without eating meat for a long time and then suddenly starts eating meat then the body may have a harder time digesting that meat.

Very few people are allergic to meat, but many vegans do report symptoms of food sensitivity when meat is accidentally introduced into their diets.

Sensitivity can include symptoms as mild as headaches and irritability and as inconvenient as bloating, gassiness, or heartburn.

A vegan could eat chicken but they did that would go against their beliefs in avoiding eating meats.

Chicken is meat so a vegan cannot eat chicken as it comes from an animal.

Vegans can eat pasta as long as the pasta contains no eggs.

Since vegans don't want to eat anything from animals then the vegan would need to avoid any pasta made with eggs.

Most packaged pasta including spaghetti, rotini, and any other type are 100 percent vegan.

To know for sure if the pasta is vegan simply check the ingredients on your package! Sometimes, you might see “egg” listed as an ingredient in “fresh” pastas, so avoid those but generally, pasta contains no animal derived ingredients.

Some Vegan pastas include.

Barilla - The World's Biggest Pasta Brand.

De Cecco - Our Personal Favorite.

Colavita - All-Vegan Pasta Brand.

Garofalo - Exclusive Vegan Pasta.

Rummo - Varied Selection Including Gluten-Free and Whole Grain.
