The Hellcat comes standard with a 707 Horsepower Supercharged Hemi engine.

So the Hellcat is not naturally aspirated although you could get it naturally aspirated if you prefer.

However the Scat Pack comes with the naturally aspirated 485-horsepower Hemi and a standard 8-speed automatic transmission.

Naturally aspirated engines are better than Turbocharged or Supercharged engines because the naturally aspirated engine is better at delivering consistent power levels throughout the engine's entire powerband.

Turbocharged engines also require more upkeep and maintenance than naturally aspirated engines and have more failures than a normal naturally aspirated engine.

If your turbocharger or supercharger fails then your cars engine will usually fail to operate properly or at all and leave you stranded.

Supercharged engines and Turbocharged engines are usually best for racing or anytime when you need lots of engine power.

Otherwise for most other people the regular naturally aspirated engine would be best.

Naturally aspirated engines also last longer in most cases than Turbocharged or Supercharged engines do.

A naturally aspirated engine is an engine that uses the air and air atmosphere alone without the use or help of a turbocharger or supercharger to operate.

The naturally aspirated engine is an internal combustion engine in which the engines air intake depends solely on atmospheric pressure and does not have forced induction through a turbocharger or a supercharger.
