Aspirin does dissolve toilet paper.

When you put an aspirin in the toilet it will dissolve the toilet paper.

One aspirin in the tank or toilet bowl will dissolve tissue, Kleenex, even napkins (dinner) and disposable paper towels.

Epsom Salt will also dissolve toilet paper in your toilet.

This solution works because Epsom salt dissolves quickly and thoroughly breaks down organic waste.

To break the clog with salt, pour one cup into the toilet bowl.

Cover it with a bucket of hot water, but don't pour boiling water as it may damage the porcelain bowl.

The toilet paper should dissolve in twenty minutes or less.

If it doesn't, you may want to consider buying a different brand of toilet paper that's better for your plumbing system.

You should use toilet paper that can dissolve very easily with water.

If you can't dissolve the papers in the toilet in any way, that is, they are stuck, then you can use strong hydrochloric acid. Hydrochloric acid dissolves toilet papers easily.
