Most all meat companies use meat glue including some food establishments.

There are at least 2 companies that make meat glue which include Fibrimex and Japan based Ajinomoto.

However Tyson and Cargill do not use meat glue in their meats.

Meat glue is not banned in the United States and it's safe and legal to use in meat and foods and is approved for use.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration lists transglutaminase as "generally recognized as safe." It's OK to eat cooked meat that's been glued.

Chick Fil A does not use meat glue in their chicken when preparing it.

The chicken at Chick Fil A chicken is 100% breast meat (no antibiotics, fillers or additives) and hand-breaded in the restaurant kitchens, then pressure cooked.

Outback does use meat glue especially on their filet.

Filets are not cheap and using meat glue is a cheap way for an establishment to glue together smaller or leftover pieces of meat to make one piece.

Examples of foods made using meat glue include imitation crab meat, fish balls, and chicken nuggets. Transglutaminase has found use among practitioners of the molecular gastronomy movement, as a means of melding new textures with existing tastes.

Meat Glue is inserted into the meat and then the meat glue works by a chemical reaction to bind the meat together which takes between 4 to 24 hours.

Meat Glue is a substance that is used in cooking to bond proteins together.

It includes substances such as transglutaminase and fibrinogen/thrombin (Fibrimex)(yicotorimnorum).

Common foods that contain microbial transglutaminase include Fast food. Manufactured poultry pieces, sausages, bacon crumbles and hot dogs. Imitation seafood.

The microbial transglutaminase is basically a protein based meat glue that bonds meat and foods together and helps improve the quality of meats and food and is basically a food additive.

Microbial transglutaminase is heavily used in the food processing industries to improve food qualities.

Being a protein's glue, by cross-linking it creates neoepitope complexes that are immunogenic and potentially pathogenic in celiac disease.

Transglutaminase is also known as meat glue and is made of either from the blood clotting factors of animals like cows and pigs or bacteria derived from plant extracts.

Moo Glue is a type of food based glue known as transglutaminase which is used in food is manufactured either from the blood clotting factors of animals like cows and pigs or bacteria derived from plant extracts

The Moo Glue is typically sold in powder form.

The bonding quality of transglutaminase makes it a useful ingredient for food manufacturers.

Transglutaminases are enzymes that in nature primarily catalyze the formation of an isopeptide bond between γ-carboxamide groups ( -(C=O)NH2 ) of glutamine residue side chains and the ε-amino groups ( -NH2 ) of lysine residue side chains with subsequent release of ammonia ( NH3 ).
