Chicken nuggets are made of more fat and filler than meat, and what's even worse the chicken nuggets are then breaded or battered and fried.
But if you make chicken nuggets yourself with real chicken meat and not fat and fillers then the chicken nuggets are healthier.
But other chicken nuggets have little to no nutritional value to them.
I prefer homemade chicken nuggets instead of commercially made chicken nuggets and they hare healthier.
