Maggi Masala is seasoning is not harmful in moderation.

However when consumed in excess the Maggi Masala may lead to high blood pressure as well as an increased risk of heart disease, heart attacks and other side effects which include headache, nausea, increased thirst and a twitching sensation in the mouth.

In some cases one may feel numbness, skin rashes and excessive sweating too.

Maggi is considered to be bad for your health because it's low in nutritional value and high in sodium and some other artificial ingredients.

Maggi is not the healthiest but in moderation the Maggi noodles and Maggi food products are not all that bad for your health.

As long as you're eating other healthy foods then eating Maggi is okay.
