A dagger is legal to own but you cannot carry a dagger around whether concealed or not.

Carrying a dagger is illegal but owning a dagger is legal.

A dirk or dagger is defined as a knife or other instrument, with or without a hand guard that is capable of ready use as a stabbing weapon, the use of which may inflict great bodily injury or death.

The definition excludes most pocket knives unless the blade is locked into position.

A dagger is typically used for killing someone by stabbing the person.

The dagger contains 2 sharp edges and a sharp point which makes it easy for the dagger to penetrate someone's skin and organs to kill them.

Daggers are real.

A dagger is basically a knife that has 2 sharp edges and a sharp pointed edge which is intended to stab and kill or injure someone.

The difference between a knife and a dagger is the dagger has 2 sharp sides as well as a sharp point as the dagger is meant to stab someone or stab people with.

While a Knife usually just has one sharp cutting side and usually a pointed edge to it.

A dagger is a knife with a very sharp point and usually two sharp edges, typically designed or capable of being used as a thrusting or stabbing weapon.

Daggers have been used throughout human history for close combat confrontations, and many cultures have used adorned daggers in ritual and ceremonial contexts.

Lock Knives are Illegal because they are considered to be a deadly weapon and most people who carry a lock knife around are usually doing so to harm someone with it.

A lock knife is not a folding pocket knife and therefore it is an offense to carry around such a knife regardless of the length of the blade, if you do not have good reason.

A lock knife is not an offensive weapon per se, as these knives were made with a specific purpose in mind were not intended as a weapon.

Lock knives are not classed as folding knives and are illegal to carry in public without good reason.

Lock knives: have blades that can be locked and refolded only by pressing a button.

The deadliest knife is the Mark I Trench Knife which is the deadliest knife ever made and is a historical knife used during the First World War.

The Mark I Trench Knife was constructed for the US soldiers to be used for battling in the trenches.

Carrying a knife is legal for self defense as long as the knife you're carrying is a legal knife.

Some types of knives are illegal to carry so you have to check with your local state laws about the specific type of knife you're carrying.

For example a dagger knife would be illegal to carry around.

However a pocket knife or other knife that is easy to obtain and legal to own is okay and legal to carry on you and if needed you can legally use it for self defense if someone is actually trying to harm you or kill you.

If you feel your life is in danger and you need to stab someone with the knife to protect yourself then you can do so.

But if you have the option of just leaving then do that instead of stabbing someone.

While it's entirely legal to carry a pocket knife for self-defense, using it recklessly is illegal, and can lead to serious legal problems.

And as such, you should avoid drawing and using the knife unless it is absolutely necessary.

Knives are considered deadly force weapons by the courts; therefore, they should only be used in situations where the individual reasonably believes he or she is in danger of great bodily harm or death, or to protect another from the same.

Great bodily harm is a legal term that seems to be hard to define, but can generally be described as an injury that results in permanent disfigurement or loss of function.”
