I had to deal with such a problem. I called in Pom Waterproofing https://pomwaterproofing.ca/interior-waterproofing-mississauga/  . It turned out that the problem was not a bad pump, but the wrong installation of it by the previous owners of the house. Which led to the crash. But the masters from Pom Waterproofing explained everything to me, picked up the right pump and installed it properly. These guys know their stuff!

When the ground beneath your feet gets wet, you know that you are likely to have a leaking roof, whether it is old, new or one that has just begun to rust from the rain. There are many other reasons why your home might need repair. With some necessary skills and some DIY tools, you can repair roof leaks and save yourself money.

The first step in learning how to fix roof leaks is to find the leak. Most leaks will start somewhere on your roof, but in cases where you have no clue where they started; you need to make sure that there is a leak. This includes any visible leak, whether it is water or snow melting through the roof.

Once you have identified where the leak is, you will want to find out if there is more damage underneath your roof. Is the area damp with wet grass, leaves, or other debris? If so, there may be more water inside your house than you know about, so you will need to fix any further damage before trying to repair your leak.

Once you have identified the source of the leak and found out where it is located, you will want to determine how severe the roof leak is. If the roof has a mild leak, you can probably repair it yourself by sealing the hole, patching the leak, and applying the sealant to protect against further damage.

After repairing roof leaks, you will want to figure out how long you will have to live with your leaky roof. If you live in a windy region, you may not even need to replace the entire roof.

After your roof repair leak is fixed, you must maintain a sealant in the area to keep future water from seeping in. The easiest way to keep rain and snow from penetrating your home is to cover up any leaks with a waterproofing product. It is also essential to keep your gutters clear. If your gutters are clogged, and you are in a particularly windy climate, you should use a home sander and some sprinkler system to prevent water from entering your home.
