However some people including myself have a banana every morning to start my day and it gives me energy while I'm waiting for my other breakfast.

I also sometimes will have a banana or two through the day as a snack and they are a very healthy snack and are full of vitamins, minerals, nutrients and potassium which is all healthy for you.
