Yes succulents can grow well even without sunlight.
Most succulents have the ability to grow just fine in low sunlight or low light conditions and so if you have succulents and not enough sunlight the succulents should grow just fine.
I have a few succulents in a low light area and they do just fine.
Although I do try to provide the succulents some sunlight or even artificial light when possible the succulents don't seem to mind not having much sunlight.
My succulents have been living in low light conditions for 7 years now and it's never been an issue.
My mom has some succulents in an area of her house as well that gets low light and they are doing just fine and she's been growing and caring for succulents for 30 years now.
