The age at which it becomes mandatory for a child to go to school is between ages 5 and 6 years old.

The actual age at which the child must attend school by law depends on the age of the child upon in enrollment date of the school.

If the child is 5 years old when enrollment of school starts then the child must be enrolled in school.

But if the child turns 5 after enrollment date of school then the child doesn't have to go to school until they turn 6 on the following school year.

Yes it is illegal for a kid or child to not go to school.

When a kid reaches Kindergarten age which is either 5 or 6 years of age at the start of the school year the child must be enrolled in school or be home schooled.

If the parents don't send the child or children to school or don't home school them then the parents can be arrested and serve up to a year in jail and be fined.

Going to school in the USA is not optional for kids and is mandatory until the child is at least 16 to 17 years old depending on the laws in teh state.

A child must by law go to school and get an education.

The child if old enough can also go to Juvenile detention if they don't attend school.

My friends' children started going to school at the age of 6. Now there are all opportunities to get a high-quality education and I think that it is not necessary to strain the child at too early an age, as they write at 5 years old. I also think that in extreme cases it is always possible to use the paper writer service which is very good for education.
