Yes lower back pain can affect the bladder.

When you have back pain it can cause nerve issues in the nerves that connect to your bladder and bladder muscles.

Those nerves connect to your brain to tell your bladder when to release the urine and when to hold it.

When those nerves are damaged, compressed etc then they can lead to bladder issues and urinary incontinence.

If you have back pain or a back injury and have suddenly started getting urinary incontinence and wetting your pants then you should see a doctor about it.

If the urinary incontinence is bad enough then you should wear adult diapers to keep your clothes clean and dry while you're working on the urinary incontinence.

Some cases of urinary incontinence can be cured so you should speak with your doctor.

Yes nerve damage can lead to bladder problems and lead to incontinence as well.

When you have nerve damage to the nerves that lead to the bladder then that nerve damage can cause you to have a loss of bladder control and have urinary incontinence.

If you have nerve damage or even back pain or a back injury and you suddenly develop urinary incontinence then you should see a doctor.

Your spine has nerves that lead to the bladder and in which they also control the bladder.

When those nerves are compressed or not working properly or are damaged then your bladder may not be able to hold in the urine which can make you wet your pants due to urinary incontinence.

The urinary incontinence may get severe enough to where you may need to wear adult diapers to keep your pants dry.

But you should see a doctor about the urinary incontinence just to be safe.
