The most durable flooring for kitchens and high traffic areas is tile or stone flooring.

Wood Flooring and Vinyl Plank flooring is also good for kitchens and looks nice.

Engineered Wood Flooring Planks are a good choice for durable kitchen floors too.

I have Wood Plank Flooring in my kitchen and it looks great and has held up good so far in the 6 years that it's been installed.

You can use the peel and stick tiles on your floors in your kitchen or anywhere else too but they're not as durable and start to come apart and peel up.
