When your blood sugar level rises you'll notice the symptoms of the high blood sugar which are extremely dry mouth, stomach pain, fruity odor of breath, Vomiting and Nausea, Shortness of breath, Increased Thirst, Frequent Urination and Fatigue.

Always keep a check on your blood sugar levels to make sure they're not too low or too high.

When your blood sugar level is between 160 to 240 then that indicates a high blood sugar level which needs to be lowered.

Normal blood sugar level readings are 90-160 and once it gets above 160 you need to get the blood sugar level lowered because although it's not really dangerous yet it can get to that point.

Exercising, Drinking Water and even increasing your intake of fiber can help to lower blood sugar levels and keep them in check.
